Rebecca’s competencies range from your everyday improvements and insights to severe complex mental health challenges. She has extensive knowledge with Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA), Worker Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) clients and forensic clientele dealing with personality or mood disorders. She provides support through short-term/brief therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy for psychosis (CBTp), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Jungian dream analysis, dream revision, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), meditation and mindfulness for those suffering trauma, chronic pain, PTSD (Post-Traumatic-Stress-Disorder), complex PTSD, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), adjustment challenges, attachment, anxiety, depression, grief, boundaries, emotion regulation and/or relationship problems.

Danielle is experienced in concussion assessment and management, as well as baseline concussion testing. Juliana Santos has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a postgraduate degree in Neuropsychology, both completed in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where she was born and raised. She has recently completed the Bridge to Registration and Employment in Mental Health (BREM) program. She is now a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Having recently moved to Canada, Juliana is a new member of this community and very excited to serve the mental health field. David Denis is a compassionate, calm and highly-experienced Registered Psychotherapist who has helped more than 1000 clients improve their mood, anxiety, trauma, and stress. He believes that treating the whole mind and body is the most effective approach to achieving wellness and happiness.

In addition to his certification as a therapist, David has a degree in naturopathic medicine, and he applies evidence-based principles of nutrition, sleep, and whole-body health to the care of his clients.

Dr. Laura LaChance graduated from Queen’s University School of Medicine in 2011 and completed her residency training in psychiatry at the University of Toronto in 2017. She has held clinical and academic positions at both the University of Toronto (CAMH) and McGill University (St. Mary’s Hospital) where she has worked in various clinical settings prior to moving into private practice in 2023. Dr. LaChance has a special interest in the role of health behaviours (lifestyle) on mental health and incorporates nutrition, physical activity, and other mind body interventions into the psychiatric care she provides.

Dr. LaChance has completed additional training in understanding the social causes of mental illness (CIHR Research Fellowship 2012) and obtained a Master’s in Psychiatry from McGill University in 2021. Her Master’s degree was focused on understanding the impact of nutrition and physical activity interventions on mental health. She is also currently completing a fellowship in integrative psychiatry with Psychiatry Redefined.

Dr. LaChance has been engaged in research in the field of Nutritional Psychiatry since 2012 and has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications and presentations, educating her peers and the public on the mental health benefits of nutritional interventions. Meg is a Registered Psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner based in Tkaronto (Toronto, Dish With One Spoon wampum territory) with a focused practice in developmental and intergenerational trauma. She holds a Masters of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto (OISE), and has completed additional training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, internal family systems/ego state therapy, NeuroAffective Touch, and other touch-based somatic modalities for relational trauma. Meg has extensive training in supporting people with persistent dissociative processes, including dissociative identities, from the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD).
